with EcoCabs

New Silver Palace is currently working together with EcoCabs to provide our customers with a Full Time Delivery Service everyday of the week except Tuesdays when we are closed.

The Delivery Charges supplied by EcoCabs will be more than what New Silver Palace have been charging, this is due to us being Two Separate Businesses. We believe that the joint effort of New Silver Palace and EcoCabs will provide a better, faster and a more reliable service.

The above Table shows the Minimum Food Order for Delivery together with EcoCabs Charges and how much New Silver Palace will Discount off the Food Bill.

If your order is Significantly higher than the minimum amount, then please check below to see if your Food Order can Qualify for a Larger Discount than the above amount.

The following Discounts apply to the Food Bill Only, and not on EcoCabs Charges.

A - If the Food Bill is £22.00 or over = max £2.00 Discount

B - If the Food Bill is £16.00 or over = £1.50 Discount. If the Food Bill is £22.00 or over = max £2.00 Discount.

C - If the Food Bill is £21.00 or over = £2.00 Discount. If the Food Bill is £25.00 or over = £2.50. If the Food Bill is £30.00 or over = £3.00 Discount.. If Food Bill is £35.00 or over = max £4.00 Discount.

D - If the Food Bill is £25.00 or over = £2.50 Discount. If the Food Bill is £30.00 or over = £3.00 Discount. If the Food Bill is £40.00 or over = max £4.50 Discount.

E - If the Food Bill is £25.00 or over = £2.50 Discount. If the Food Bill is £35.00 or over = £3.50 Discount. If the Food Bill is £45.00 or over = max £5.00 Discount.

Customer Notice

There is a new Charge from EcoCabs for Deliveries in Hexham. The Delivery Charge will now be £3.00 and we will Discount “£1” off the Food Bill if the Food Bill is £8.00 or more. Next Discount is at £22.00 or more, (see above).
